A space to breathe, to re-center, and to allow life to regain its natural flow.
Support in emotional regulation and resilience for individuals, families, and organizations.
An approach that integrates mind, heart, and body to restore clarity, stability, and a grounded inner confidence.
Stress arises when we feel unable to cope with a situation. It manifests in the mind, the heart, and the body, creating a state of incoherence.
To regain balance, it is not enough to understand a situation mentally. It is necessary to access a state of coherence through the heart, which naturally reflects into the mind and the body.
My work is to support the return to coherence — a natural state of balance, clarity, and presence.
Everything I offer has one intention: to help you reconnect with your inner axis and live in greater alignment with life.

At the heart of the family
Support for parents, grandparents, and educators
I believe that a family’s well-being begins with the balance of those who care for it.
Every family goes through phases of intensity, fatigue, tension, and emotional disorganization.
This is not a failure — it is simply life.
I help restore an inner axis of presence, peace, and safety in each person, opening space for more calm, present, and alive relationships.
Regulating the nervous system: Simple practices to soothe intense emotions and restore inner availability for both parents and children.
Creating connection rituals: Simple practices inspired by silence, listening, and play, easily integrated into daily life.
Supporting parenting without judgment: A safe space to better understand behaviors and respond to challenges with greater calm.
Caring for those who care (grandparents): Specific support to help grandparents accompany the family with love, while preserving their own balance and energy.

At the heart of organizations
Support for team members and leaders
I believe that behind every role, there is a human being.
Professional performance cannot be separated from emotional balance and personal life.
When a person learns to regulate their stress and listen to their body, they gain clarity, stability, and presence — both at work and beyond.
How can you support your team?
Developing leadership and presence: Practices to act and lead from a more grounded and conscious inner axis.
Strengthening team cohesion: Approaches that foster more human relationships, clear communication, and cooperation.
Managing stress and pressure: Practical tools to regain clarity and stability in decision-making.

My approach
The core of presence
The core of presence is a simple and living space where each person can return to their center, reconnecte with their inner axis, while remaining in relationships with others.
believe that behind every role, there is a human being.
Professional performance cannot be separated from emotional balance and personal life.
It is not a fixed model, but a shared presence where relationships naturally regulate from the heart.
Within this space, emotions find their place, tensions can dissolve, and balance emerges effortlessly.
This work can unfold both within families and in professional contexts, particularly with teams and parents.
The core of presence is not a format to be created, but a quality of presence that can emerge.
My approach acts like a maestro:
. the heart regulates and senses emotions,
. the mind regains clarity and direction,
. and the body can relax and release tension.
Body-based work supports this process by helping to release physical blockages.
The result is not only the absence of stress, but a return to the center, to the core and the axis, form which a person can unfold with greater clarity, strength and alignement.
Regulation happens through the integration of three dimensions: mind, heart, and body.
These three dimensions do not function separately — they continuously influence one another. When they are out of balance, they can generate inner incoherence.
To return to a state of balance, it is not enough to understand a situation mentally.
It is necessary to access a state of coherence through the heart, which naturally reflects into the mind and the body.
This process does not rely on a single technique, but on a path of regulation that can take different entry points, all leading to the same place: more presence and greater inner stability.
Awareness
Learning to recognize the signals of the body, inner states, and recurring patterns.
Regulation
Simple practices, such as heart coherence, that help calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety in real time, with tangible effects on the body.
Body
Through touch, sound, movement, or nature, I open other pathways to regulation.
Different paths, one destination:
more presence, more clarity, and greater inner stability.
Heart coherence is a simple practice that helps regulate the nervous system through the breath.
By synchronizing breathing with the rhythm of the heart, the body enters a state of balance that supports mental clarity, emotional stability, presence, and a more open and creative way of thinking.
A welcoming presence
I am a woman who welcomes what arises in a simple and human way.
I was born in São Paulo to a Swiss father and a French mother. I hold a degree in Business Administration from FGV, and I built my career in marketing within large multinational companies. It was along this path that my interest in the human being behind every role and every process began to awaken.
I am the mother of two children, who are true gifts in my life.
I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years, and I find in nature a space of silence, balance, and inspiration.
Over time, I have integrated different approaches and experiences that now support my work and the way I accompany each person.
Whether through words, silence, or the body, my intention is to support each person in reconnecting with their inner axis.
“You are the protagonist of your own story. I accompany you as a guide, respecting your pace. The path and the responsability are yours.”
Anne Kaufmann
There is also a part of my work that takes shape voluntarily, in contexts where a simple, human, and regulating presence can make a difference.
Over time, I have walked through different spaces, some of which continue to be part of my path.
Work with children and educators:
Bringing practices of presence, listening, and emotional regulation.
Support in more sensitive contexts:
Working with families of children who are ill or have special needs, elderly people, or individuals in vulnerable situations.
I also support and help share projects that deeply resonate with me: aimed at raising awareness and making visible the realities of children living in vulnerable conditions.
In particular, I support the photographic project by Tata, dedicated to bringing visibility to these realities.
It is possible to discover the photographs and support this project through their acquisition, as well as by contributing to the creation of exhibitions or a book.
